The location is easy to reach by public transport and supermarkets are nearby; I recommend it to anyone. The elevator was broken.

There was no elevator, so we had to climb and descend 7 floors, and the kitchen was infested with cockroaches.

I didn't like the cleanliness, the 7th floor had no lift, the mattress was uncomfortable, the sheets were very short and the duvet was small and smelly.
