The location is good, on top of Provenza. However, the experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend it. It was not what I expected and, in my view, does not live up to the expectations set by its photos and description. The rooms have very thin walls, and you can hear everything happening in the neighboring room, even when you don't share a room. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a mattress that seemed old or too thin. In the bathroom and cleaning, the sink did not drain properly, water stayed stagnant and caused bad odors. Additionally, the room’s bowls were dirty and it was clear they hadn’t been washed properly. When I filed a complaint, the manager washed one of them only with water in my own room’s bathroom. After that, I obviously chose not to use anything there. Regarding service, on the first night I complained and they offered to change rooms. I appreciate that they tried to find a solution, but the change did not significantly improve my experience. The facilities: the garden shown in the photos, which appears to be one of the attractions, is very neglected and far from what is displayed. There is no gym or pool. For breakfast, I booked with breakfast included, but there wasn’t enough variety or availability of all dishes, and portions were very small. I recommend eating at nearby establishments. Finally, if you’re looking for a hostel with group activities to meet people, this place is not a good option, as they do not offer such experiences. In conclusion, the gap between what is shown, what is offered, and the real experience leaves much to be desired. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
