“Hotel ancien qui survit sur ses acquis, rapport qualité/prix décevant, cher pour ce que c'est”
The hotel is easily reachable from the city centre and close to a metro station; the staff are pleasant and available, and security is provided from midnight. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, the bedding is comfortable, and there is air‑conditioning and a TV. The old building has very outdated equipment, no lift, and maintenance is lacking—there are black seals around the shower tray, a toilet seat in disrepair, a rustic bathroom with no mixer tap and a risky shower tray, a small sink that’s hard to reach, door locks that are insecure and doors that don’t sound‑proof. The breakfast buffet is minimalistic with tasteless industrial products; there are paper cups in the room and no complimentary water bottle for a hotel that claims to be 3‑star (it really feels like only 2 stars).
