There was cleanliness. The rusty, yellowed refrigerators didn’t work at all, the rusty radiators were useless, and the toilet in room 204 was non‑functional (I knew about that issue).

The hotel’s location was great.

Nothing. An appalling place, ready for demolition, no restaurant, no breakfast.

The way we were received was poor. Outside it was 2 degrees and raining. It was 11 am and the owner told us we had arrived too late and that the resort was full of tourists with no place for us to stay.

Breakfast was very good, the hosts were kind, empathetic, and helpful. We felt very comfortable!
