I didn’t get a fridge bar in my room, and they charged me more because they claimed a robe would be in the room, which wasn’t there. There was no paper or pen either. On the bright side, the beds were good and the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was impressive with a wide variety, great taste, and elegant décor that made the experience feel refined and welcoming, plus the staff were very friendly. The heated pool is spacious and well equipped, as are the gym, game room, and other common areas. The restaurant is excellent, offering a varied menu, quick service, and tasty dishes. The room is cozy with a great shower and comfortable bed.

I’ve stayed here before and the hotel has improved; the bed is comfortable, the staff are very helpful, and the city view is amazing. It’s definitely worth a visit, though the breakfast and food quality need some work.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, I like the location, the facilities, the security, the parking, and the breakfast, and it’s usually clean. The hotel is old with a rustic wooden feel; in previous stays I was in older rooms that were well preserved, but this time I was in a room that didn’t have a number on the door and it seemed like a replacement, unlike the other rooms. The maintenance was poor, the phone to call reception or the restaurant wasn’t working, the shower had low pressure and little water, the furniture was in bad condition, and it felt like the room was inactive and then reused.
