It was an exceptional stay at Hotel Utsav Bolpur. Loved seeing the hotel’s theme entirely based on the Seasons of Bolpur and Rabindranath Tagore. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist us. The room was very luxurious, spacious and comfortable. Value for money. If I ever come to Bolpur, Utsav Hotel will be my first choice. Everything was 10 out of 10.

The staff were friendly. If this is a 4‑star hotel, it should have a lift. Their professionalism is not good and the buffet breakfast was very bad.

The staff, including the GM, were excellent, but the rates felt higher than other places like Santiniketan, and the facilities didn't match up.

The facilities were good and the staff, especially Saptam Ghosh, were friendly, yet the rooms advertised with balconies and garden views didn't have them, and there was no lift, which is a must for older guests.

The location was convenient and the hotel was clean, but there was no lift and the rooms were too small for the price.
