I booked a Deluxe Double room for 2700, yet the space felt like a tiny bathroom—no room to turn around, cramped and suffocating. The cleanliness was terrible, and the restaurant food was the worst and unhygienic I've tasted; it feels like an overpriced scam. This is the worst stay I've had in Siliguri, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The food quality wasn’t great, and breakfast was lacking.

The location was good and the room furnishings were better, but the whole hotel and its surroundings smelled like fish and had scattered late‑night party food everywhere. The room had no window or balcony and was locked.
