“Not impressed”

The bed was comfy, but the room left a lot to be wanted: film on the floors, dead bugs, hair in the shower, a torn curtain blind, and a shower hair‑care bottle that wasn’t attached to the wall but lay on the tub. No garbage bags, missing fixtures, and some fixtures had ripped off the wall. The pool was covered in disgusting scum, so we skipped it entirely, and the breakfast station was empty—cups weren’t filled, the hot plate display blinked an error, and one had a broken handle that you still had to use to open. I’m very disappointed, especially compared to the quality I’ve seen at other Quality Inns.

It was a decent place to stay, but the room doors didn’t open smoothly, the bathroom exhaust fan was dead, there was hair in the sink, and there was no vending machine.

“They were very welcoming and attentive. Would stay here again.”

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, the staff were friendly and helpful, and manager Kelli was the highlight—she dealt with every issue I mentioned right away. The room door was awkward to open, as if it was too big for the frame or not hung properly, and the chlorine smell from the pool seeped through the whole first floor.

“Underwhelming”

We were on the first floor, there was a fridge, and the shower was great, but the mattress was dirty or stained, the floors felt clammy, and parking was a hassle.
