The accommodation was fantastic. The reception was warm and friendly. The church bells nearby were loud, heard every half hour. We left early in the morning to go to the airport, so the night’s rest was disturbed. It’s very personal how this is experienced.

The cottage was cozy and fully equipped, situated right in the heart of Nuenen, and the breakfast spread was extensive—nothing else to mention.

We’ve lived in this village before and know the owner from seeing each other, but staying at the van Gogh Cottage was still outstanding – it felt like coming home and we had a superb stay. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect for us.

A lovely place to stay, right near the centre of Neunen and the Van Gogh church. Chloe, our host, was great, with excellent communication and help. We can definitely recommend this location and host. The shower could use a grab‑rail because the floor tiles are quite slippery when wet and there’s nothing to hold onto.
