This 19th-century, half-timbered building offers en-suite rooms with flat-screen TVs, cable channels, and buffet breakfasts. The hotel is near the Celle French Garden, St Ludwig’s Church, and Celle Castle, with easy access to the A7 motorway and Celle Train Station.

Great breakfast, excellent location, and a private roof terrace.

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The location in the old town is great. The hotel’s furnishings are outdated and have accumulated a lot of patina; the bathroom also needs a renovation.
