The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly, and the room was spacious, attractive, clean, and well kept, giving the hotel a good overall impression. The only downside was that the breakfast rolls were pale and soft, and the buffet was modest but still acceptable.

The reception was warm, the location was ideal (Ersteiger, city centre), and the service was excellent; the breakfast was good. I have never slept so well in a hotel bed before (and I’m already quite old). No negatives were mentioned.
