The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the hotel's location was a bit of a letdown - it was a good 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was a bit temperamental. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not without its quirks.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it got off to a rocky start. The hotel's location near the airport was a major plus, making it super convenient for my travel plans. However, things took a turn when I found myself locked inside my room due to a faulty door lock. To make matters worse, the staff seemed clueless about the restaurant timings, and I ended up placing an order for dinner only to be told it was already closed.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The manager was away on leave, and the young person handling the calls seemed completely clueless about any bookings. To make matters worse, I'd paid in advance to confirm my reservation, but neither the hotel nor the parent company responded to my queries. It was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was super comfy. I have to give a huge shoutout to Prajakta, the staff member who helped me out when I had a problem with my booking - she was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were super helpful and gave us great guidance throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which was a big plus. Overall, we were really happy with the service we received.
