The new director was welcoming; after I had mistaken the date, he sorted everything so we could resolve the issue. The bathroom is very cramped, so I can’t even put a toiletry bag on the counter, and like in the first‑class cabins, the plastic compartments are noisy when you open them, plus the shower water floods the whole floor!

The experience was terrible. I couldn’t sleep because there was no air conditioning, and we had to leave in the middle of the night as the room was a furnace. The management was awful: the director refused to refund us (as Booking told us), showing total lack of empathy and customer care. To get some rest, we booked an Ibis just 2 minutes away for almost the same price, and the difference was huge: proper hotel facilities versus this place that looks like stacked containers. I do not recommend it at all; there are far better, more professional options right next door. I already explained that a family was looking for another hotel in the middle of the night and the director had zero empathy when the Booking complaint arrived.
