The location was good and the room was clean, but the food was delivered incorrectly, and it took a long time for the food to arrive after ordering, possibly due to staff shortages.
The location was good. However, many pieces of equipment didn't work: the hair iron switch wouldn't turn on, the jacuzzi jet was non‑functional, the bathroom TV switch didn't work, the AC wouldn't heat, the bedside lamp toggle didn't work, and I couldn't turn off the lights so I couldn't sleep. The room was spacious but the sofa was only a two‑seater with no armrest, too simple. The food prices were high and the room didn't match the rate.
You can check in and out without meeting anyone, but the meal service takes too long.
The supplies were better than expected, the bathroom was spacious with a jet bath, breakfast was room service, the TV was large, and the front windows were big with a sea view.
The room and exterior looked good, but the shower flow was weak and during winter the bathtub was shallow and cold.
