The administrator at this hotel was completely unhelpful and dismissive. I had a simple request that was important to me, and he just blew it off like it was no big deal. The attitude was really off-putting, and I'll never go back. The hotel itself is just a standard Vietnamese hotel, but the service was a major letdown.

I'm still trying to process the absolute nightmare I had at this place. I'd been traveling in Vietnam for two years, and I thought I'd seen it all, but this was something else. The front desk guy took my passport, snapped a photo, and demanded cash upfront, then handed me a key to a room that was nothing like the pictures online.

I booked a room through the app, but when I got there, the front desk told me they were fully booked and had to switch me to a different room. I was pretty disappointed - I had my heart set on a certain room, and it was frustrating to have to change plans at the last minute.

The staff were super friendly, and the hotel's location was perfect for me - it was close to all the places I wanted to visit. There were plenty of great restaurants and cafes around, and considering the price, I couldn't complain. The room was fine, but it was a bit of a hassle not having a hair dryer, so I had to use the fan to dry my hair after a shower.

I showed up to check in and pay, but the hotel claimed I never arrived, which was completely not true. I was left standing there, wondering what was going on. It was a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
