“Muy Nice”
The rooms were exceptional, but the pool water was cold… still very good and great.

I liked how every staff member was very friendly, everything was clean, and the staff were attentive to what you need—thanks a lot. The rooms, however, have very little light.

Everything was excellent and very comfortable, no complaints.

The bed was very comfortable, yet the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the sink faucet didn’t run fully and was broken, the water had a strong bad odor, there was only one water bottle in the room, and the breakfast lacked variety.

The pool and gym were great, and the complimentary coffee machine was handy, but the breakfast buffet offered little variety.
