Everyone was friendly and the room was spotless, plus they supplied a generous bottle of shampoo and conditioner and the body wash had a great scent. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, the bed felt too firm, and breakfast fell short—potatoes lacked seasoning, eggs were terrible, sausage was bland, and the coffee was subpar.

The place was very clean and the breakfast offered solid choices. It’s close to the North Little Rock spots we needed without the congestion of the city center, and it felt safe.

The place feels brand new, sits in a quiet spot, is well lit and clean from the rooms to the dining area, and the staff are friendly; most of the time you’re greeted as soon as you walk through the door. There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like.

The beds were comfortable, linens smelled fresh and looked clean, and the room itself was very tidy. Breakfast was well stocked, kept clean before and after guests arrived, and the coffee was good; the location is convenient, close to Walmart and several fast‑food spots. We asked for a room away from the elevator and the front desk staff accommodated us, and most staff we met were polite and professional. However, the check‑in staff member was not properly attired—he was a male with long pink fingernails—and the bathroom, while clean, had a urine smell. There was no fruit at breakfast.
