It was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was huge, with a beautiful view of clear waters. Breakfast was hearty and well served. The hotel team was very helpful, kind, and friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

I arrived around 22:00 with my family. I requested a crib, and the reception told me there was one but no one was available to set it up at that hour. I also asked for a bathtub and was told the hotel didn’t have one – a hotel that has a crib, accepts children, and has no bathtub? The apartment we were in had two rooms, and in one the air didn’t cool, it blew hot air, and because we were already tired my wife didn’t want to change rooms at that hour. Breakfast was also weak for a network of that size. I’ve stayed at other network hotels and they were much better than yesterday.

The staff were great, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

We stayed in a room with a small living area and kitchenette, which was very good; the bed was comfy, everything was clean, and the location was spot on. Room service was quick and the food tasty. The breakfast could use improvement: around 7 am we found that the brewed coffee, scrambled eggs, cheese breads, and fruit salad were already finished and it took a while to restock. Also, to use the free parking we always had to intercom and ask for the gate to open; a parking card would make it easier.

O chão do quarto é bem limpo.
