The staff, especially in the restaurant, were wonderful and the food was excellent; the rooms could use a refresh, with minor issues like bathroom caulking and a door that wouldn’t lock, yet I’d book again in a heartbeat and the garden is beautiful.

This hotel is always my go-to in Bandarlampung, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations this time. The room and amenities were a letdown, especially the shower room which was infested with mold - it's definitely not as good as it was when Sheraton ran it.

The breakfast and outdoor area with the pool are great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. However, the room had some issues - the keycard didn't work properly, the safety latch was missing, and there were open wires on the electrical board in the shower. Overall, it was still good value for money, but some maintenance is definitely needed.

Honestly, the hotel needs a serious overhaul - the card entrance to the room doesn't work, the shower has no power or heat, the air conditioning could be better, and all the rooms need refurbishing. Not exactly the most impressive stay.

The location is absolutely beautiful, but the room felt pretty chilly. That's about it - not a bad stay, but not great either.
