Excellent value for money. Thanks for the breakfast box before the early morning flight :) Reception was perfect with a very helpful person.

Svetna at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean and cozy, although the carpet needs replacing (they do provide slippers). Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was substantial with eggs, crepes, and locally cooked items; pastry options were limited. The coffee machine was mediocre, but there were plenty of teas. Overall, breakfast was good. English‑speaking staff were ready to help with everything, which was very helpful in a country where communication can be tough unless you know some Russian. The outside garden is nice for meals and is used by both hotel guests and locals. Beers are pricey but food is cheap, and international dishes are available. Towels and bed sheets are not changed unless requested. There are cracks, uneven surfaces, and broken tiles outside that create tripping hazards, but that’s common around here.
