“Great value with good staff and spotlessly clean.”

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, and the room was perfectly cleaned; the only issue was the drains in both the sink and the shower.

The hotel was very pleasant! The room was spacious, plenty of room for your suitcase and other stuff. It’s not noisy, very calm when you go to sleep. The air‑con works well!! Every day you get fresh towels if you want. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of choice!! You can even have breakfast outside. The location was nice, it can be a bit far from the center on foot, but you can also take a bus or a tram now and then. The floor was very dirty when we arrived, a quick extra vacuum would help. The hotel is a bit dated, many small things need a facelift. The night light didn’t work on one side, the plug was loose. And the mini‑fridge wasn’t cold.

“Pleasant and comfortable”

Steff showed interest in our situation and was supportive; the breakfast was very Italian, with plenty of sweet options but not enough substantial bread, cereals, or muesli for my taste.
