The place was disgusting—dirty bedsheets, filthy floor, grimy toilet, a room saturated with cigarette smoke and alcohol odor, and many more problems.

Room service responded quickly and fulfilled requests; everyone there was very nice. The bathroom was cozy and bright, and the location was great, giving it a perfect 10.0/10.

They let me check in early, which was awesome; the staff were very supportive and well trained, the room was clean, and hygiene was nice, so I gave it a 10.0/10.
