Nice beach, lounge chairs, and the Romanian staff at the towel station were helpful, but the reception staff were unresponsive—only the young woman near reception was friendly, the other two didn’t even greet us. 70% of the staff were lacking.

The staff were understanding, the room was clean, the food was excellent, the minibar was restocked daily, the pool was lovely, and the beach was nearby with no waves. The only downside was the beach towels.

The room was beautiful, a 5‑star hotel with few facilities but pleasant. The price was a bit high for this offer. At the end of the stay I asked reception how to get to the train station in Mangalia and if they could call an Uber. They said Uber isn’t available, but they work with a taxi company called “nick taxi.” I was given a business card, called, and a man answered that it would cost 40 lei. The car arrived in 7 minutes. For 2.7 km I paid 40 lei, no receipt, no time stamp. Is this a scam? This is the hotel’s partnership with the taxi service—an unpleasant experience that shows how even a 5‑star hotel can be involved in questionable practices.

Sejur excelent! Am rezervat prin o cameră cu vedere spre parcare, însă am fost plăcut surprinși — doamna de la recepție a fost foarte amabilă și ne-a oferit o cameră cu vedere la mare, un gest care a făcut toată diferența. Mic dejunul a fost foarte bun și variat, cu opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. Un mare plus este plaja proprie a hotelului, dotată cu șezlonguri și prosoape incluse, foarte comod pentru relaxare. În general, o experiență minunată — recomand cu încredere!
