The spa was perfect and very welcoming, and the staff were kind.

The location is strategic, close to the town centre and a few steps from other sights. However, the building feels unwelcoming; we booked partly because the spa was inside, but only after confirming the reservation did the staff inform us that the spa wasn’t available. The room wasn’t clean at all – I even found cards on the floor – and the bathroom was uninviting with a moldy smell. The mirror and window glass were not properly cleaned, and the TV was tiny, though it was present. It definitely doesn’t justify the price I paid. The breakfast was good but not outstanding.

The place looks like a mountain hotel and really lives up to that vibe. Unfortunately the spa was under maintenance so we couldn’t use it, and the hotel is quite far from the town.

Almost everything was great. The only downside was that on the booking site it isn’t clear whether the spa is open or closed when you reserve.
