The self‑check‑in didn’t work at all. I had to call several times during the day, each time being told it would be fine when I arrived, but that wasn’t the case. I had to call again at midnight to be let in. It was a stressful ordeal because I didn’t know if I’d be able to sleep under a roof that night.

The location is great, and the self‑check‑in worked flawlessly. The bed hygiene was simply terrible, and overall the cleaning in the sleeping area needs improvement. Too bad.

I stayed at this place again after a previous visit, but nothing has changed. The room is meant for two people, yet there’s only one chair. They give a tiny cup and an extra tiny one—no normal sized coffee cups at all. Only two coffee capsules are provided, and there’s no milk. If you want to leave positive feedback, you really need to improve the service, especially since this issue has been raised before.
