Nothing. I was scammed, the hotel was fake, the address was correct but it was a different company and chain, there was no booking, the area was lousy, I was kept on hold over an international phone for more than an hour, there was no compensation, no understanding, no compassion, no help, and this happened to a VIP customer with 30+ years of loyalty!
