The décor was beautiful and elegant, but the bathtub seemed to lack a stopper and the overhead fan didn’t work, though the air‑conditioning was functioning.

The accommodation was simply amazing. Everything you need is there. It’s very clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated in a Balinese style. The entrance area is an oasis of plants and Balinese art/tradition. It’s away from the main road, so it’s very quiet. The breakfast, especially the banana pancakes, was very, very tasty. Walking to shops and restaurants takes 5 minutes. The hosts, Wayan, Made and Ketut, were exceptionally friendly. They helped me plan the Batur tour and arranged a driver for me. The driver was also super nice and helpful; my thanks go to him as well. The Bali Moon Guesthouse made my first trip to Bali/Ubud unforgettable, and I’m very grateful. In short, I can recommend this place 200% and hope they host many more guests.

Everything was exceptional! I loved my room, the private balcony, the daily room cleaning service, and the delicious breakfast. :)

The owner was really kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a simple birthday surprise, which was really sweet. The look of the place was unique and truly reflects Bali’s distinct architecture. It’s close to everything in Bali, which is a great plus. I just wished the room had a small fridge that can store water bottles.
