1 double bed

“Adorei o ambiente familiar”
Very comfortable.
I liked the room, though the street was noisy early in the morning. The bed and bath linens were good. Breakfast was small, served à la carte in small portions, but tasty. The service was lacking. We had no one to ask for personal information, not even about the lodge’s own operations. Even to request an egg portion at breakfast, we had to use WhatsApp and wait. It was a relief we were alone because the lodge is small and the absence of staff creates a lot of insecurity.
“Muito boa estadia em Morro do Chapéu”
The place is well situated, the room is comfy, the breakfast is tasty, the bed is super cozy, it's quiet, and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast was good but the portions were small—it's not a buffet, they serve set amounts per person or room, which felt a bit insufficient for me.
“BOA ENERGIA”
The host, Mrs. Bárbara, and her team were welcoming, addressing our needs and explaining everything about staying in Morro do Chapéu, from visits to local mobility. The tourism support for the places we visited (Cachoeira do Ferro Doido and Cachoeira Domingos Lopes) was lacking—no environmental cleanliness or trail signage, so tourists didn’t feel welcomed. The municipal government is falling short in caring for visitors. In other areas we were worried about visiting because of the rough vehicle access; the city doesn’t provide suitable 4×4 vehicles for that.
“Recomendadissimo!”
The spot is great—prime location, cozy vibes, tidy rooms, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere! The only hiccups were the lack of a trash can in the rooms (just a tiny one in the bathroom) and the water not being refilled.
