The property was decent, but during our stay two male staff members entered our room without knocking, ringing the bell, or announcing themselves. Because the door was unlocked, they walked in on me and my partner while we were naked in an extremely private moment. This shocking invasion of privacy caused severe embarrassment and distress, completely destroying any sense of safety or comfort. It is a fundamental breach of hospitality standards; guests should never have to worry about staff barging into their room unannounced. I urge management to take this seriously and warn potential guests unless strict privacy protocols are enforced.
