The staff were friendly, but there were no amenities in the bathroom, no hair caps, and the bathroom needs renovation; additionally, we weren’t told that the culinary experiences required a 48‑hour advance booking, so we couldn’t participate.

The design was extraordinary, the place felt very private, the property was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was cold and there was no way to eat indoors—only on the sofa by the fireplace, but no dining tables. The menu was tiny (the Rainy Day menu) and the same for lunch and dinner.

The pool and the court were solid, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The living area was too small for bad weather days.

Everything! The place is beautiful, the accommodations are superb, the staff is wonderful, and even the other guests are fantastic. I had a little issue with the fireplace, which was unfortunate, but it was fixed right away, so I have nothing to criticize.

The surroundings and facilities are excellent! It’s worth it for disconnecting, appreciating tranquility, and enjoying excellent service.
