Herzstykke Hotel

“fair, hotel was clean and bed was good.”

Booking was quick from my side. The location wasn’t far from the motorway and close to a golf course. I felt like the only guest in the hotel. The restaurant was closed, so I had to drive to the next town for a meal. Breakfast wasn’t available unless you booked it in advance.

“A pleasant stay. Great place to relax after work”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was warm and cozy with great linens. The location was also convenient, not too far from Hamburg. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

“Auf keinen Fall wieder! Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht!”

Although we did get to use a small community kitchen in the morning, which was a nice touch, our stay was largely marred by a noisy ventilation shaft that made it difficult to relax. The room's decor was also unimpressive and lacking in appeal, with a TV that had a distorted picture and a bed sheet that was too short for the bed. Unfortunately, the online pictures were somewhat misleading.

“Immer wieder gerne”

I appreciated the straightforward and hassle-free check-in process, which included a safe and key handover. The hotel was also quiet, clean, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. With no major issues to report, I left feeling satisfied.
