Recently renovated rooms feature air‑conditioning, soundproofing, private bathrooms, balconies with city views, minibars and free Wi‑Fi. Guests enjoy an Italian breakfast on a sunny terrace, with Villa Bellini, the Roman Theatre and the airport nearby.

The room was really clean and had everything we needed, including a little fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine, and kettle; the location is practically in the city centre, so we could walk everywhere; Gabriele was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to messages; highly recommended!

Clean, great location, comfortable, nice interior, spacious, and excellent contact with owner Gabriele (he recommended a pizza we ate for the next three days :D); everything was really great. Everything was wonderful!

There was plenty of space, a mini fridge, and helpful responsiveness to questions. The light from the door was quite bright and the breakfast consisted of one coffee and one croissant.
