The hotel is very good, located near Bandra railway station, hill road, linking road, and everything you need. The staff and hotel manager are friendly, and everything is fine.

I had a terrible experience; the manager was rude and didn’t hand over my reservation even though I had confirmed it, forcing me to book another place and pay extra for transport.

There was no breakfast, and the service was lacking.
