Anna was lovely. She really cared about her guests and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. I would have liked a chair for us to relax in after a busy day, so that would be nice.

The hotel sits right in the center of Naples, near shops, restaurants and museums. My room was comfy, and Anna went out of her way to help us book tour tickets and arrange a private car to the airport. Breakfast was delightful, sweet, and a nice chance to chat with other guests.
