The hotel’s location is great. The service is oddly slow, the food is bad, there’s no water tap in the bathroom, the fridge doesn’t work, and there’s no snack in the minibar. The Wi‑Fi is poor, the lights don’t work, and the AC can’t be reset or the temperature changed.

The spot is nice. The room service was delayed, the water tap was very weak, and the breakfast lacked variety compared to the InterContinental or St. Regis, where the spreads are superb. A larger, more diverse buffet would be better. The rooms themselves are a bit tight.
