A lovely place, cozy and inviting with high‑quality furnishings. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were always reachable and helpful. The town center is just a short walk away, and hikes can start right from the front door. Niederbronn‑Le‑Bains is ideal for a hiking holiday.

We were greeted warmly and received a fantastic room that was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty with a great selection of cheeses, preserves, baguette, croissant, muesli, milk, juice, yogurt, and fruit. Sarah asked what we wanted, and Thomas checked in on us between meals. The little kitchenette was perfect for a quick bite after a long hike. We felt completely at ease and would gladly return. La Maison Forestière comes highly recommended!

Breakfast featured fresh, tasty products, and fruit was available all day; the location in the city center is convenient. It would help to clarify how many people the breakfast is intended for, as we feared it might be limited.
