“Obsługa 10/10, sam obiekt - nie przyjechałabym ponownie.”
Pan, który pracuje w obiekcie był przesympatyczny, bardzo pomocny i życzliwy, zrobił też pyszną mrożoną kawkę!. Czystość pozostawiła wiele do życzenia, brak czajnika, gdzie było wiadome że przyjeżdżamy z dzieckiem. Nie było miejsca na wózek (w całym obiekcie), brak naczyń dla odpowiadającej liczby osób w pokoju. W jacuzzi brzydko pachniała woda, nie mieliśmy ochoty tam wchodzić. The location worked well for me because it’s on a bike path. The place was clean, the beds comfy, the AC functioned, and a bar was available. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke English. The lake view mentioned in the room description was a joke—there was just a patch between buildings. There was no covered bike storage, but nobody promised it and it wasn’t raining, so it was fine.
The location is perfect, the facilities are as expected, everything is great.
Warm welcome, professional and fast check‑in. The bed was comfortable, the shower spacious, balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture, a large inner courtyard, and a parking spot. According to the booking confirmation the fridge wasn’t in the room, so we were pleasantly surprised by the mini‑bar. The shower curtain, the mosaic tiles in the shower, and the toilet were moldy.
The sheets smelled nice, the towels were soft, and I liked that they provided a shower gel and shampoo with a pleasant scent. The cappuccino at the bar was delicious, the rooms were good, and the overall concept of the accommodation was enjoyable.
