The place is in a great spot and looks stunning from the outside, and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms were not really up to par: there was a ceiling leak over the bed, the shower, toilet and sink were clogged, and the shower either had no water or the water was scalding. There were no curtains, so morning light flooded the room.

The location is good. The breakfast was disappointing and the resort feels a bit outdated.

The pool was fantastic, the staff helpful, and the beach great. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. They let us check out late because of a late flight. The rooms are old and could use an update, but they were clean and tidy.

The hotel is well situated, close to many shops and restaurants, and the common areas and amenities are nice. The pool and beach were very pleasant; every day we had a lounge chair and a towel ready. The staff were always attentive, from housekeeping to the front desk. The hotel is aging, and the shower is lacking—no pressure and the water is hard to control, often boiling. The food variety needs improvement; for two weeks we ate rice and meat for lunch and dinner, and there was no dessert at all. The rooms also have no Wi‑Fi.
