“Un bel hotel mais manque de réactivité”
The location was gorgeous, and the hotel’s restaurant and breakfast were welcoming thanks to the friendly staff. However, the portions at the restaurant were extremely small—just five fries per plate—despite the high price. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though we were well after check‑in time, and it still wasn’t ready at 5 pm. We had to keep our bag for an activity we had planned, and the hotel took a long time to respond to our messages when we asked for a driver.
