Great staff and location. The room and hotel were clean with excellent facilities. The bathroom drainage was poor, but it seems no hotel in Vietnam can master this, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The staff were really helpful and kind, but my partner found the mattress really hard.

The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was very complete. The pool stayed at a great 32 °C until 21:30, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The mattresses were extremely hard, and although the location is fine, it’s far from the old town; getting there takes about 30 minutes if you don’t get lost.

The gym was very extensive and the room was fairly roomy. We weren’t helped with our luggage upon arrival, and there was a lot of black mold around the air‑conditioner and in the bathroom. The shower and sink leaked, leaving the floor constantly damp. The pool looked nice, but on one day we were asked five times if we were from the hotel, making us feel unwelcome.
