A lovely spot, rural and quiet.

A lovely place to stay. We had the double room with balcony. The balcony overlooks the river and willow trees. The pub is remote but gets busy; book for dinner before your arrival date. The bed was comfy, towels were good. The food was great.

I loved the property, the river food, the staff – definitely going back soon. I loved it all.

The food was very good and the service as well. Very clean. I fell in the shower – it was very slippery, no slip mat and no grab rails, dangerous. No drawers for your clothes, had to live out of a suitcase. No proper TV. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. Had to walk in the rain to go to the bar and restaurant. I would not go there again.

I liked the menu a lot, especially the breakfast which was fresh and tasty, but the stairs were a bit of a hassle.
