I was really impressed by the staff at this hotel - they went out of their way to be helpful and understanding, even when we struggled with the language. It's not always easy to navigate Japan's customs as a tourist, but they made us feel welcome and at ease. The language barrier was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to communicate just fine in the end.
