“Decepção.”
The hotel’s location, the bed, and the shower were good, and I liked the breakfast. However, I was unhappy with the cleanliness and reception. I made several requests to replenish basics and was not attended to. I found the reception and cleaning service very disorganized and poor. I also did not like the room’s location; I booked well in advance, paid a high price, and was assigned a room that was left over, facing a viaduct. They told me the hotel was full and could do nothing. I am not happy and do not intend to return.
