Old Town Apartments in Umag provides spacious, air‑conditioned units with private bathrooms, free Wi‑Fi, and fully equipped kitchens featuring stovetops, refrigerators and cookware. Balconies deliver sea views, while a communal dining area and TV add comfort. Situated a minute’s walk from Dante Beach and 300 m from the Umag Town Museum, the property lies near the historic Old Town and Aquarium.

The hosts are absolutely 5‑star—extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to help with anything. The apartment is very clean, tidy, and sits in a fantastic central spot right in the heart of the old town. A big plus is their restaurant next door, Konoba Bacchus: the food is brilliant and the šljivovica is a must‑try! The only drawback was the air conditioning in the top‑floor attic apartment during a summer heatwave; the unit wasn’t powerful enough to cool the whole space, making the inner room almost unusable because of the heat. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

The apartment offered a beautiful sea view, was clean, spacious enough, and had everything except a laundry rack; the landlord was always reachable and friendly. It wasn’t mentioned that the apartment was on the 4th floor with a narrow staircase. When asked, they said parking nearby was always available, but that turned out to be false; parking was difficult, there were no bulbs in the terrace lamps, and the shower cabin needed sealing.

The spot is great, the owner is reachable, the place is clean, the apartment is roomy, and the balcony view is solid. The only downside was that after walking up to the 4th floor, the effort felt like a joke after spending 69K tun.

The terrace in the old town offers a beautiful view, the owner was very communicative and accommodating, and the apartment was spotless. We were there before the season, and the owner serviced some items to prepare the unit for the new season, which is more positive than negative.
