The spot is great, right on a lovely beach that stays quiet. It’s relaxing and there are a few warungs nearby. If you’re all about surfing, it’s perfect. The staff were friendly. However, the room I stayed in could use a serious makeover; it looks worn, the toilet leaked, and the bathroom had a bad smell. The room wasn’t cleaned at all during my stay. Internet is Starlink, but I barely got any reception in the room. It’s not a bad place…just not great.

The location is amazing! It’s on a nearly private beach with an incredible surf break, and it’s fun to watch people surf. The staff were very accommodating and the room was very nice. Wi‑Fi and electricity were a bit spotty, but you can request a router and they’ll bring it. They rent surf and snorkeling gear, and there’s a surf shop and a wonderful bar just up the beach.

The location is great and the staff friendly and helpful. Initially the sheets were a bit dingy, but they were immediately replaced with fresh ones and the room was cleaned again. The beach is breathtaking and quiet. Unfortunately, as described in other reviews, the first 24 hours we had no running water, and the toilet couldn’t be flushed. The staff tried to find a temporary solution, but it was a hassle when you come straight from the beach and have to rinse off with drinking water that’s already in the room. After some time, the toilet in the room also started to smell like a urinal (even though we kept flushing with the supplied water). The AC in one of the rented rooms unfortunately didn’t cool enough.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely fabulous and the staff were lovely, but unfortunately, the food options were limited and the cleanliness of the room was a letdown - I was shocked to find blood stains on the sheets and a mouldy pillow. Despite the great location and friendly staff, these issues detracted from my stay. Overall, it was an average experience.
