We were greeted by Mari, who was very warm and earned a 10 out of 10; the reception staff were also excellent, the room was large and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty, but the carpet was dirty, I forgot my iPhone charger in the room, and when I returned a few hours later to pick it up they said it was gone, which was the most unpleasant part.

I liked the location, cleanliness, and staff. But the price doesn’t match the quality. For Batumi it isn’t objectively expensive. I think you can find a better place for that price. The price. The standard room is clean and well‑maintained but old.
