The place is right where you want to be and the staff were friendly, plus there’s free parking right out front. The only real drawback was the room lighting – it was blindingly bright with no softer option for reading, and there wasn’t even a bedside table. A few small fixes would make it feel a lot better.
I liked how comfortable the room felt and it was spotless when I arrived. The owner was warm and helpful, which added a nice personal touch. All in all, a pleasant, hassle‑free stay.

There were more amenities than I expected, and the owner’s kindness stood out, making me want to return. The only downside is that nights in Viña del Mar can be a bit noisy, and the sound does carry into the room, though it wasn’t truly bothersome. Overall, a solid experience.
The host and her son were incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile and quick assistance. Their hospitality made the stay feel homely and relaxed. I’d definitely choose this place again.
