The apartment is very well equipped and laid out, modern and newly opened, with very comfortable beds, a fridge, and air conditioning; parking is in front of the building. I would recommend staying in Starówka, Maribor, and the host was very helpful. The downside is the location: the beautiful apartment sits in an industrial part of town, noisy from morning, and the view from the window is of warehouses. It’s a decent spot for a quick layover.

The staff were excellent and the place was affordable, clean, and tidy. The mini‑apartment had everything needed, but the beds creak loudly with every movement, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the proximity to the railway caused loud noise all night.
