All the staff here are excellent people, very friendly and kind, they’re great to work with. Byron is amazing to deal with. The breakfast was delicious, nutritious, and well prepared. Our rooms were all clean and in good order. The air conditioners all work very well and are in good working order. Beds were comfortable. Nothing. I have no complaints about this facility. I have stayed here many times and have always had a pleasant experience. I will return in the future when staying in Jinotepe.

The hotel is very quaint and it stayed true to its cultural decor. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again. We liked everything about the hotel. No complaints at all.
