I really enjoyed the riad and the sacred silence that fills its walls, and the exceptional service from Bouayad and Meryem, whose kindness and dedication made our stay even more pleasant. I did not like the breakfast, however.

The décor of the place is beautiful, the terrace is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the staff are kind and responsive, quickly fixing a power outage in our room; the breakfast was generous. It’s conveniently located just steps from Place Batha, the starting point for exploring the medina. The mattress in room 2 was too soft, and the fixed shower head sprayed in all directions.

The location is great with easy access from the main road and a short walk to the shopping street; the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is good, the air‑conditioning in the room works well, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The rooftop terrace offers a wonderful view, though we missed a shaded seating area there.

The building is extremely well maintained and welcoming, and the location is great for walking around the Medina. The main hall is gorgeous, the room is spotless and has a nice terrace. The bed is comfortable, there are phone outlets next to the bed, and the bathroom is excellent. If I had to nitpick, the lighting in the room could be better.
